Join us for an immersive five-day program designed to bridge the gap between scientific research and policy implementation. This summer school will take place from 18 to 22 August 2025 at our beautiful venue in Salgesch, Valais.

Registration Fee
The registration fee for doctoral candidates is 250 CHF, which includes:
- Accommodation for 4 nights in shared rooms
Full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) - Access to all lectures, workshops, and social activities
- 2 ECTS credits upon successful completion of the assessment requirements
Accepted students will be notified for payment.

Eligibility
This summer school is primarily designed for PhD students from all fields of natural sciences and engineering. Participants from EPFL and ETH Zurich (priority). Students from other Swiss and European universities (limited to 10 places).
We will select participants based on their motivation, research relevance, and to ensure a diverse cohort representing various scientific disciplines.
Assessment Requirements
To receive 2 ECTS credits, participants must submit a policy brief related to their research (due one week after the summer school).
